What happens when a 7 is rolled in Catan?

When a 7 is rolled, the robber is activated. Players with more than 7 cards must discard half (rounded down). The player who rolled the 7 moves the robber to a new hex, blocking resource production, and steals a card from a player with a settlement or city adjacent to that hex.

How many cards do I need for a city in Catan?

To build a city in Catan, you need 3 ore and 2 wheat resources. Cities replace existing settlements and produce twice as many resources.

What happens when I land on Free Parking?

In the official rules, nothing happens. You simply park for free. Some house rules put money in the center for Free Parking, but this is not an official rule.

How many houses do I need before building a hotel?

You need to have 4 houses on a property before you can replace them with a hotel.
